Before you contact us please read below

We are a payment processor. We are NOT your hauler. For changes in service you must contact your hauler.
We do not have your ID number. Please contact your hauler.
We do not have your balance or account information. Please contact your hauler.
If you are not sure who your hauler is, enter your ID number and select submit. Your hauler's information will appear in the upper left.
You will receive notification about your payment within 30 minutes via E-Mail.
The E-Mail will come from NetComm@IvyComputer.com. Make sure you will accept E-Mails from this address.
The fact that you made a payment is available to your hauler at the same time we send you the E-Mail
Trash Billing is a secure site. Once you have entered your ID number and hit (Submit) you will see the padlock appear at the bottom of your browser.
